ENGINEERING AND MATERIAL PROCUREMENT

Shop drawings and coordination documents are approved by the project team and utilized for bidding,
fabrication, and installation as well as coordination of work by related trades. Additionally,
long lead-time lumber, veneer, hardware, and other special materials are sourced early
to ensure quality and timely availability within the project schedule.

SUBCONTRACTOR SELECTION
|
Vendors proposed by the owner and project team (including Project Solutions) are vetted through
a comprehensive prequalification process. Complete, detailed woodwork bid packages are developed by
knowledgeable professionals. A rapid, thorough bid and evaluation process is conducted, leading
to the selection of the optimal team of woodwork vendors.

SUBCONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT
|
Subcontract agreements are specifically tailored to minimize risks and maximize results. The
woodwork process is managed from pre-construction through fabrication and installation, both
onsite and offsite. Project Solutions fulfills the critical role of liaison between woodwork vendors
and the construction/design team.
