PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
  • Drafting of Contracts and Purchase Orders for Owner review
  • Review and Process GC Contracts, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders
  • Review and Process all Pay Applications
  • Distribution of Payments
  • Maintain a Record of All Construction Documents
  • Related Correspondence and Filing
OUTCOME: Contracts are specifically tailored to minimize Owner risk. All contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and pay applications are reviewed and evaluated for their impact on the project budget and schedule. All construction documents, related correspondence, and filings are maintained by Project Solutions on behalf of the Owner.

OUTCOME: Procurement and acquisition of goods or services at the best possible cost, at the right quality and quantity, at the right time, in the right place and from the right source to directly benefit the owner. All project furnishing and fixtures will be identified via the owner, architect or designer and will be procured through a process of bidding, issuance of purchase orders, monitoring lead times and tracking deliveries.

PROJECT CLOSE-OUT
  • Assist Architect in Punch List Preparation and Ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate Warranties, Guarantees, and As-Built documents.
  • Contract Close-out
  • Present Final Budget.
OUTCOME: All contracts will be administratively closed-out, certifying that all services and deliverables are satisfied and that all costs are settled.
