Our approach is to provide a management program based on the specific needs of our clients, with a focus
on delivering value by identifying our clients’ goals relative to budget, schedule, and quality. Most
importantly, we provide value-added services that typically save clients money well in excess of our fees.
Although our role as Owners’ Representative, Project Manager, or Construction Manager will vary based on
the type of project, the key is that our team will function to serve the best interests of the client. We
will apply our proven process and tested tools to seamlessly integrate a Project Team of industry-leading
professionals into the construction process. Our approach allows us to objectively provide Client
Representation for all phases of the project including Pre-construction, Construction, and Owner Occupancy.
We’ve managed the construction process for many residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
Our collective experience has led to the successful completion of many Residential projects ranging
from 10,000 to 80,000 square feet and overall construction budgets exceeding $2,500 per square foot.
Additionally, we have managed Hospitality / Commercial projects ranging from several thousand to several
hundred thousand square feet. Project Solutions has a successful track record of integrity and delivering
